I've been building things for the web since 2004, when I started out as a young web developer writing PHP and looking after Linux servers for web, DNS and mail. Since then it's added up to an engineering degree from DTU, a handful of container platforms and more than twenty years of software, cloud and operations.
Today I freelance through my own company, Bitboxer. In practice I help with everything between the code and production: container platforms, CI/CD, migrations to and from the cloud, upgrading the old stuff that still has to work - and sometimes just an extra pair of experienced hands on the development.
My best collaborations are the long ones. Some of my clients have been with me for ten years, and I like knowing a system well enough to know where it hurts before it does.

From Supabase Cloud to an EU-hosted platform
A new system built on Supabase Cloud had to move to EU-based hosting because of data requirements.
Built the entire platform from scratch: Supabase adapted to managed PostgreSQL, serverless containers and object storage, staging and production in OpenTofu, integrations through edge functions, CI/CD with security gates, and a security analysis of the system.

From polling to webhooks in an IoT pipeline
Data from a hardware vendor was fetched by polling and needed to be pushed in via webhooks instead.
Helped the vendor change their pipeline, built the webhook receiver and a parser for an undocumented format - validated by running the new and old pipelines in parallel and comparing output.

Greenfield platform for a new application
A new application needed production and staging environments from scratch.
